    Use of a Personal Check requires check clearance through the Bank, Before Shipping.

4. Layaway Plan :
    Layaway requires 20% down and monthly payments thereafter. No Interest is charged. Conditions of the layaway plan are as follows:
    It is agreed that the artist will hold the Art Work in layaway for up to one year. If not paid in full by the end of that term, the Art Work may be resold,
    at the option of the artist. It is further agreed that if the purchaser defaults, any payments to Jim Utsler will not be refund.
